PG's Brett Petrusek is On Location in Santa Cruz, CA. There he walks through the Santa Cruz Guitar factory and talks with Willie Carter, Sales and Marketing, about how the Santa Cruz guitars transform during their intricate process. Here Willie guides us through their wood selection process used to create fingerboards, fretboards, necks and bridges. As always, for more gear info and insightful videos, visit www.premierguitar.com
Love everything in this video. The vibe of the shop. The lights going out. Small handful of guitars hanging to dry. Excitement over small shipments of exotic woods. & The respect that Willie Carter has towards the skilled craftsmen that make this guitar possible.

I love these guys - they're a class act and they create wonderful instruments.
FYI: the headstock inlay looks like a Mandelbrot Fractal, an infinitely reducible mathematical construct discovered by Benoit Mandelbrot; a fascinating and brilliant mathematician and probably one of a half dozen or so people currently alive who has a good shot at truly understanding the universe in which he lives (if that is possible)
