  • how many kilos is that....if iam honest i dont see the chalenge there jet...iam not the strongest dude but when i workout my neck i lift 100 kilos for 10x4....

  • Zack, Hey man good work. On the rolling thunder, most people don't use very much chalk at all. Really, you want a clean dry hand on the RT due to the very slick paint of the plastic handle. The steps I go through are cleaning the hand, wiping it dry with a towel, and then I do an indian burn on it to make it really sticky from the friction of the skin rubbing over it. this technique will get you 10 more pounds at least as opposed to loading up with chalk.
