Transnational Conglomerates do not pay taxes in America for the money they make outside the borders of USA. So that money is over there, in the Cayman Islands---

There's so much money the Central Banks have been dumping out into the World-- but, they are "freezing it" w/i the U.S.A. Keeping it from The People, and putting giant (28% credit card) Interest Rates on it, when they can get it.

They call it "Standardization" -- and in the USCorporations, holding cash right now, the figure is around 2 Trillion. They are holding on to this money and not investing in USA (cont)
