Nickel iron battery watering and single phase 240 volt, at 20 amp charging. Nickel iron batteries are fifteen years old and still going strong. I commute to work every day and put about a thousand miles a month on this car.

  • I have 40+ mile range depending on the temperature outside. It's more than I I can do 70mph on a flat, 55 mph up hill. It's a cool van. The range is better for stop and go driving. I live 9 miles from work and I can hit the grocery store on the way home. I do errands, pick the kids up from school. More than I need on a daily basis. We have a gasoline car for long trips. The van is 180v. NiFe batteries came with it, they're Eagle Pitcher.
