Alot of people may not remember this....Billy was a junior at Genoa City High and Lily just arrived as a freshman...Colleen was a Sophomore.... Billy's friends was checking out the new freshmen and Lily was on their radar....Billy told them she's cute but leave her alone she's too young and green....so nothing ever happened back then between Lily and Billy. They really didn't have any more scenes together after that. This was around 2002 or 2003.
