First Builder in 300 acre subdivision was Beazer and they bailed out after building 20 homes! But LOOK they LEFT the Best Lot for a New Builder which was Ryan to come in so was that their Plan??!! As a Realtor for the People I would advise not to buy a too cheap brand new home because there is a reason and it's quality control and things break all the time. My owners home is 2 yrs old and A/C is broken and missing Freon besides numerous other things! From past knowledge showing and selling and now watching them being built next door to me!! To think I got in to Real Estate to stop the Builders cutting down Trees back when I belonged to Green Peace! :) Found out it would cost them an extra $1,000 a lot and I told them I am sure the end buyer would love to pay $1,000 extra to have big tree but the big reason is that they do not want the extra work and instead make cookie cutters real cheap!!
