I picked up these "studio monitor" headphones at sears for 20 dollars. The frequency response is 16-22,000 Hz.. Translation from Sony B.S.: around ~45-50 to 22,000 Hz..

  • These are definitely the best headphones you can buy for under 20 bucks. I think they even sound better than some of Sony's more expensive models.

  • the padding makes my ears hurt after awhile.

  • 9.99 at bestbuy

  • I use these for work in the music theory lab so the adapter comes in handy. They are very bass heavy though.

  • i just bought these a few days ago, they are pretty good, kinda long cord, and no headband padding and has cable to each earcup, sounds good and are comfy, lightweight i'd say low note is around 4o-45 hz, butthat pretty good most music doesnt go lower that forty anyhow

  • im tempted to get a pair of these for home and travel.

  • do they break easily

  • i'm listening to "who shot ya" on these right now.

  • Yeah they are good
