Stryker RC plane powered by Jet Joe Jr turbine

This Stryker has been seen in videos on my channel before but then it was powered by an uber-expensive Lambert turbine. This time it has a cheap ($1,500) Jet Joe Jr turbine fitted.

Although there's just 4lbs of thrust, it's still pretty quick.

I hope to post more video of this model in the next day or so.

if 1500 is cheap how much was the uber expensive one? LOL!

2100 Euros (that's US$3,065) for the Lambert - or more than twice the price of the JJ Jr.

Finally a nice engine upgrade kit for the Stryker, i hope parkzone will release this upgrade in a nere future---lol

@ljsavmech apparently they aren't very sensitive to proper inlet ducting, unlike edf fans.. You'll see alot of turbine jets with no proper ducting leading to the turbine, but pretty much ALL edf planes have it.
