Drybrushing is about the most basic technique there is but you just can't live without it! This technique works with all colors pretty effectively as long as you have a fairly stiff bristled brush, softer brushes are not good at this.

  • ok im getting black reach some time and i want my orks to look good without having to get to much paint right now i have scorched brown, boltgun, chainmail, blood red, chaos black, bleached bone, kommando khaki, dark angels green, gobbo green and dwarf bronze do i need any others? and i know some of those dont actually need to be used on orks

  • @manofwargaming oh and also i want to paint the space marines as ultras wht do i need for that? sorry for so many questions lol :P

  • @manofwargaming I would say that you need burnished gold (or whatever gold you like best), ultramarines blue, skull white and you'll be fine... boltgun metal is the color that is on every model I do so I always keep track of how much I have... also snakebite leather is great and you never use a lot of it... in the next video I'll tell you what all the colors are

  • @manofwargaming sounds like you've got a good start on the paints, thats plenty for the orky side of things

  • by far the best ork paint tutorial i have seen

  • @lolololMElololol thanks a million! glad you liked it!

  • Can u do a tut on how u paint it ork altogether?

  • @szlachcic22 with me it's the cheap and easy way whenever possible ha ha I'd like to try greenstuff, but haven't yet, but anyway, thanks for taking the time to comment and also for watching!

  • Looks good! Your tip for how to fix the neck problem is very resourceful, I have never seen that done before. I have a similar problem when I try to use Dark Elf Corsair heads on Dark Elf Warrior bodies. However, I use a small amount of greenstuff and roughly shape it into the same "nub" shape that fits into the neck socket. It requires you to purchase greenstuff, but is easy to do and you aren't left with any gaps.

  • @Zathalos thanks a lot for the comment! and also thanks for watching
