LISTEN EVERYONE U dont need a data plan for this, i called verizon 10/17/2011 and talked with a representative she checked the phone in the systen telling me that DATA PLAN IS NOT REQUIRED, so ignore all the YES DATA comments !!!!

@TheFutbolmax i hope.. i just killed my first sch-i760, which lasted under extreme wet muddy and constant dropping use for 2 1/2 years. i was able a year ago to download Windows Mobile 6.1, upgrade cause it comes with WM6. i just ordered a new one from ebay that was overstocked and selling for $60 each, because it's the only smartphone i'll trust to last against me. and i love it.
i really wanna download 6.5 onto the new one. along with opera browser which rocked on my old one.

This was a good an helpful video. My only recommendation is having a better plan for the review. There were times where you just sat there and waited while you could have been describing the phone or something, but overall it was helpful and informative. Thanks!
