  • @MundyScott To open up the whole chain and not risk locking the spinal erectors or segmenting the whole lower to upper connection

  • @djh9595 Weak and protracted scapulas are a result of poor posture and lots of sitting, and slouching while sitting. A good ergonomic chair is one tool, and there are a couple of exercises I'll include in future posts, 'scarecrows' are also a good general option as well
