Killer workout for your legs. If you want a simple and effective leg workout involving squats that requires just playing cards (or something similar), here's a great workout for you. Remember, you can only pick up one or drop one card at a time. Add a jump after the squat for a challenge. My recommendation is to start with 6-8 cards. Have fun!
How many squats?
1 card - 1
2 card - 4
3 card - 9
4 card - 16
5 card - 25
6 card - 36
7 card - 49
8 card - 64
9 card - 81
10 card - 100
52 card - 2704!

@MizzNika87 Thanks for the comment. Yes, after a few times through or depending on how many cards you use you do really feel the burn.

I've done this before with my trainer, lay about 7 cards down in all and go through the process around 3-4 times and you should really get a burn. Thannks for sharing that video.
