  • Dear Peter.I have always loved hearing the stories of your life and the era you grew up in.Don't let negative comments get in your way.You are a remarkable person, you had me subscribed from your first video!Look how far you have come!I too have been thinking about how would one pack up their family and get out of a city before a hurricane struck.I can't imagine it and my heart goes out to those who are facing that as we sit here.

Keep doing what your doing Peter,as you are touching many lives.

  • It is a pleasure to hear you share your thoughts on any subject. I would like to see more of the place where you live if it would be possible, your favourite spot in the area or something like that. Could you maybe do that sometimes? Thanks!

  • Its nice to know what you have been up to and how your fame is affecting your life I dont think its showing off at all.

To be honest a lot of it seems like very hard work.

Keep doing what you have been doing and have fun doing it :D

  • please don't give it up! My Grandad is famous in our local area for radio and I'm so proud of him; I bet your Grandson is very proud of you too.

All of us on Youtube watching your videos and giving positive feedback- we mean it and we're very inspired by your blogs.

    xxx Louise

  • Please continue to tell your stories. Always interested! You are unique.Hugs!

  • Please don't change your format. I thoroughly enjoy hearing your life's experiences. I wish my grandparents were still around.

Since you are a music lover, you should view the film "Schultze Gets the Blues". It's a German language film (but can be found with subtitles) about an accordion player who only plays Polka, but when he hears a Zydeco tune he falls in love with it and eventually travels to Louisiana. It may not be for everyone, but I found it a funny and endearing movie.

  • cool

  • Have only been watching the last two or three videos. I enjoy his outlook on things and stories quite a bit... Count on youtube to always have a few people who try to ruin things or stir things up. But on the positive side... Keep it up, Grandad!

  • Holy Smokes! I've never thought your videos were showing off. You are a valuable window into a different time. I think many of us look at your stories with a kind of dreaminess, because in so many ways the time periods you talk about are golden with spots of pain--and it was very real and vivid. You have educated more young people and older people than you realize. Please keep posting your stories, Sir. I think of all the people on Youtube, my respect is greatest for you. Thank you.

  • How did you meet your wife? Excuse me if you've already discussed this.
