we have a primal cutter at my work.on paper it might look all good with numbers and yelds etc but as a worker and seeing how much it breaks down and how much it f%cks up the cuts an wasts meat (i know i have to bone out its fuck ups).the bosses just minipulate the paper work to make it look like its a good thing becos they spent millions on it when realy its no good,cant do mutton or bobbys.and can only do 1 speed
