Awesome. Thanks for the post. Picked up my brand new XR5 last Friday. Haven't stopped driving since and will definitely have to do this run too. Traded my bmw 328i coupe in, hence the tag name. But that'll change shortly. haha

Yes. I recorded it on my Mobile phone, which is why the quality and refresh rate is a bit crap.
But the headrest seemed to hold it in place great!

Did you jam the camera between the headrest?

But likemost I'd rather hear the car.
I just did a loop today from kinglake via healsville, marysville, lake mountain back to warburton. It's a massive drive and hard work by the end of the day just it's great fun. I run a 2005 wrx wrp10 with a few mods. But I almost bought an xr5. great clip, who knows may even see ya up there

Yeah but you can't cruise without good tunes unfortunately.. ;)
That stretch of road is freaking awesome. I haven't been out that way for a while though, and now I'm just running cheapy tyres to get me around.
If you get time, go for a spin (recommend staying the night) to Omeo via Bairnsdale. The Omeo Highway which stretches north of Omeo is insane!

I've done a few mods since then - DreamScience Flash tune, Exhaust de-resonated, Eibach ProKit springs, and Simota Carbon Charger Pod Filter...
So I'll head up there again soon, and hopefully get a better camera and try to mount it to the seat. No Music next time ;)
