Joe is suffering from Post traumatic stress syndrome after watching the GOP go down the tubes in the election (ha-ha). That said,Morning Joe is a great show... Hot-Mama Mika, keeps the boys in line during the now, no-holds barred morning show... Politically, Joe is coming around, but he still harbors a streak of GOP nasty.

You're wrong. The fact that it's on cable doesn't matter! The FCC states: "The prohibition against obscene programming applies to subscription programming services at all times." That means CABLE.

Oh how I love Joe! Our politics don't meet eye-to-eye, but I love starting my day with him and the crew. Oh and p.s. and sorry for sounding like such a "fanboy" but his apology is just as good! He apologized to viewers who were watching w/ their kids, "but (and I'm paraphrasing) if you're an adult...get over it!"

NO this isn't actionable. The FCC only has jurisdiction over BROADCAST TV, not cable. But I think that if 'ol Joe got suspended, he deserved it b/c this was in poor taste & kiddies could have been watching @ that hour.
