is it bad to tune the GL1 like a regular guitar EADGBE?

@taxisteve929 one last thing...I assume these are the original strings since you typed "new toy", but I've read a few different suggestions on replacements....my strings are getting chopped up at the 3rd fret, I assume from bending, but would like to know what you went with on replacements.

Excellent!!! Like others I have questions...what are you mic'ing this with?? I have one but my fat fingers are a little much for this size instrument, but can't play anything like you play this!! Love the sound you get from 135 to 140 just strumming....sounds like a harp!! Great job all around!!!

@duckness1 its a capo on the 5th string then its: C, D/F#, G and then C

What are you playing in the 20 to 40 second portion of the video. It sounds really cool? Is it a song, or just a chord pattern you like? What is the chord pattern?
