Craigslist CEO on the 2 Meg Whitmans

Craigslist CEO Jim Buckmaster: He needed to tell me that there are two Meg Whitmans. We has met and enjoyed working with and had reached an agreement with what he described as the good Meg. But there was another Meg, an evil Meg, and that we would be best served if we got with the program or we were going to meet evil Meg, and that Meg could be a monster when she got angry and got frustrated.

Meg Whitman is a joke of a human being. I had friends who left the employ of ebay because of her wretched, unfair, cronyism. Doesn't anyone realize she wasn't a very good business woman? And she's known for being a nasty human being. Plus she didn't even bother to vote HER WHOLE LIFE until recently. If Cali is dumb enough to vote for her I've lost faith. I had some very bad experiences with eBay, and also their involvement with PayPal -- which I read eBay now owns. All I can say is get as far away from these companies as you can, if you can. They have very unfair, disrespectful policies, some of their practices I would say are illegal. I didn't know Meg Whitman was connected to eBay at the time. (And therefore, must also be connected to PayPal.) If I had known, I never would have started any business involvement with them at all.

Meg doesn't know how to play the political game. She is sure to be ravaged by the Califoria liberal machine. But honesty and decency does still stand for something. If there are enough clear thinking voters to give her the opportunity to serve as Governor, Califoria will surely benefit greatly.
