 I used to be just a poor dumb fisherman... but now that the government, The politicians, the NMFS and the U.N. have regulated me out of my own industry, and stolen or legislated away my life, livelyhood, permits, business, retirement, health, money, boat value, sustinence, etc. etc. etc. .... Well i guess now i am just a..... poor and dumb, that is no longer allowed to be a fisherman !!!.
