Cow's hat!
Equipment:
Excalibur II (EXP +100%)
Ensanguined Shield (Starting HP -95%, Starting Brv = 0)
Drill (I'm just using this for the max HP penalty)
(none)
Accessories:
Sniper Eye
HP = 1
Near Death
Large Gap in HP
No Damage
Armorless
Level Gap 30
Strong Against Adversity
Back to the Wall
Side By Side
Remember how I said that EXP to Brv doesn't work well with HP wall rushes unless you use a crazy multiplier build? Well, this is it.
This is the closest I can get to a level 1 Iai Strike + Sniper Eye build, given that I'm using a level 100 character. Without the level gap boosters, you can't really rely on anything that gives more than x1.5, with one notable exception. Back to the Wall + Strong Against Adversity grants a x3 multiplier, which is a lot better than if I were to replace both with x1.5 boosters (which combine to give only x2.25). I could have replaced Side By Side with another x1.5 booster (HP wall rush can surpass 9999 even if it doesn't show on-screen), but that would have only increased my overall damage output by about 25%, while Side By Side lets me land several extra assist combos that are each worth another 20k damage.
Strong Against Adversity grants a x3 multiplier if you have 1 HP, but penalizes you if your HP is higher than that. To start with 1 HP, you need both Back to the Wall and Ensanguined Shield. However, the shield reduces your starting brv to 0, so the biggest challenge here was to get from 0 to 9999 brv as fast as possible. I couldn't rely on EXP to Brv to multiply my brv on each attack, because with just Excalibur II, I could only just barely regain the brv I spent on my HP attack. I accomplish the brv challenge by not only using OK's EX mode and the Behemoth summonstone, but also by intentionally lowering my max HP as much as possible. You see, in this game the critical hit damage multiplier depends on the ratio between your opponent's current brv and your own max HP. The lower your max HP relative to your opponent's brv, the more damage your critical hits will do. Critical hits have a minimum of +100% damage, but can go as high as +700%. I don't know exactly how much damage I got out of lowering my max HP, but I can definitely say that I do more damage at the start because of it.
Anyway, I think I'm done with crazy EX Revenge and EXP to Brv builds for a while. Next time I'll go back to doing a longer, more normal run.

@keno6307 You have to master the corresponding starting brave attack, then it'll show up in the ability menu.

at the end when you did that spinning thing attack i thought only bartz can do it. if onion knight can do it then what level do you have to be to do that move.

@360nilking Don't forget: all of Bartz's moves are copied from other characters. Onion Knight has the original move, which he learns at level 28.

@legendarylpc Buy the recipe for it from moogle shops in 000, then obtain the (rare) components to it from treasure chests in either Pervasive Sorrow or Solitary Salvation gateways.
