I would never buy a desktop computer with a built in monitor, for the same reason I never bought a traditional TV with a built in VCR.

This kind of screen is called TN-Panel.
That's why the new 20" iMac is so friggin cheap.
It's like that with ANY TN Panel screen.
If you need a Pro screen you will have to pay pro money. Doesn't matter which PC company.
To make the 20" iMacs screen a little better:
Tillt it right. Don't use it in an dark room. AND:
calibrate it.
For the money the 20" iMac is a fine machine with a good display.

The 20" panels suck dick. The 24" uses the same H-IPS $1000 panels from NEC. The 24" is a good deal.
