Around 3 minutes in, that guy says the busboy, the waiter, etc... will not vote for Obama. He couldn't give a direct response because he was implying that those workers are illegal immigrants and illegal immigrants want a republican in office because of their shotty policy on border control. LOL

Last point I want to make. The gentleman is right not all the Culinary workers will vote for Obama, and the reason why he hesitated answering it, he actually paused & didn't answer is because of Obama's race. I'm not trying to make it a race/gender thing, but there is still a good majority of Latino's that wont vote for him.
