@Germanycalling88 I would say by "collective thought". That's how we always changed it up; either for the worse or betterment of mankind. I would even go as far to state by "collective unified thought". Just because the majority may feel a certain way, if they do not unify and spur on with their collective thought then it's meaningless. In that manner, 10 people, unified with collective thought, will have more power over 100 people that just think the same idea is a good.

@TheBiggestWolf I don't hold random colors to high degrees either but to regulate certain forms of art, to actually centrally plan a society that says what and what is not art is spiritual murder, sir. You as an individual are not capable of gauging the feelings of the entirety of humanity. Art is the practice of filling an empty canvas with perceived meaning, not solely replicating an image as you suggest. While classical art is BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL, it hardly is the only form of art, sir.
