  • Not my farm guys, but they work about 3500 acres. When the fields get nice and gold, you start checking for moisture content and hardness of the individual grains on the head of the stalk, and pray for warm dry weather.

  • What do you look for when you examine the grain prior to the harvest ? there just gotta be some kind of quality check before the harvest right ? How man acres are you harvesting ? the field seemed immense and endless man.This is what made America so great,huge plow field,huge land and colosal machines and highly skill farm boys...
