Are you still using stretchy resistance band to strengthen you foot and ankle for pointe through demi pointe?

It is not suggested as it may cause pain at the back of ankle (long toe flexor tendon problem, posterior ankle joint impingement) and balance problem (interrupt the ankle joint sense i.e. propioception).

The PULLING stimulation is not right for your ankle.

PUSHING the gym ball with your foot should be a better choice.
