My Man's in Mosul right now.. on his 3rd deployment... and as you can imagine... he won't ever tell me what really happens out there... when you see something like this.. does it replay in your mind.. over.. and over again.... because... Well, this was 3 years ago, and even then, there was very little going on in the Tal Afar area. It did pick up after we left from what I heard, but my buddies who have been back there in the last year tell me that all of Iraq is very quiet now, compared to how it was.
