yes, everyone has an essential part, actually i never seen such a "self-sufficient" party like that, anyone you`d remove would make it dont be the same. But indeed, Phil seemed to be the backbone that holded those parts together.

He was amazing and a big part of this show, he made EVERYONE look good, cuz he was so damn good.

Not only that, but he seems to have been a very kind person, if you watched Andy Dick talk about him, how he called him on the hospital etc.. He was an awesome comedian, the show was never the same without him. =(

Phil Hartman was senselessly murdered by his wife. It was a terrible tragedy and a great loss.
