@gablison - Hi. I must admit, the general attitude of the Doctors was like that of an equal. They were very humble and conversational, and to be honest, very engaging. I'd go again all over again if I could go back.

My dad only goes to the doctor in Thailand nowadays reasons being:

- it's cheaper

- more people speak english

- the people are nicer

- the clinic is cleaner

(i'm comparing to Hong Kong standards)

Well, I had my surgery in Thailand and I couldn't have asked for, not only better work but also, excellent aftercare. The hospital there put our UK hospitals to shame.  They were clean, and highly professional. This is not a plug or an advert, but a genuine reflection on my treatment and excellent levels of care. Never fear that is an excursion into a terrible experience. Far from it.
