There is an easier way, just get the Firefox add-on DownloadHelper. This puts a little symbol to the right of the url that shows three revolving coloured spheres. To the right of that is a downward pointing arrow. Click that and you can save any vid as flv. Put &fmt=18 after the url and you can save as mp4 (don't forget the title). If the vid is in HD it will take longer and no &fmt=18 is needed.

Well, the settings should be: 1280 X 720 HD 720p (I think thats right) and Data rate is 1500-2000 kbps. Oh, and its a good idea to have it as H.264 codec.

If you have rendered in HD and it's correct the link should appear under the video on the right in a few minutes. You just need to give it time.
