Our dojo uses these and they are awesome! I just got an actionflex bo staff for Christmas, I'm surprised there aren't more videos of this on here.

Action Flex equipment is ideal for effectively learning combative aspects in a relatively short amount of time and in a safe manner. I highly recommend it for anyone or style wanting to gain a deeper understanding of sparring.
