They used the old National Philippine rules the FF:
1.Easy serve and easy return,right to right side of the table.
2.You can catch the ball if you do not like your opponents service.
3.Its only 2 out of 3
4.The score is up to 20 only per game.
5.When deuce comes,straight up to 1 to 5 scores.
6.Your free hand can hold and touch the table while hitting the ball.
7.The ball size is always 38mm

these is a very nice and informative video,and it reminds us that skills is more very essentials in hardbat racket like these,more power to you guys,long rallies and more much sweats,indeed a great and good exercise specially when your're in the 70 years old & above.
