@holyhineyhole I totally agree with you.I wish I would have saw your comment 2 years ago..lol :-).Its funny how people can eat steak,shrimp and ground beef and hot dogs,processed foods but they call this disgusting..Yea it makes you think twice about eating it but Ive been eating for a little while and Im not going to stop either..I just have to psych myself out so ill be able to cook it without getting grossed out...All I know is Barbacoa Tacos are the truth :-)

I have been eating Barbacoa Tacos for a few months and they are sooo delicious.I live close to Mexico.I was searching for a video on how to cook it..But I must say I was disgusted when I saw this video.I hate that I watched it.I love to eat it but I dont think I want to cook it.Im the type of person that will eat anything if it tastes good but I cant see how its made or else ill get grossed out.BUt im not going to stop eating it..Stop posting comments saying its disgusting.Everyone is different

Thats the way its done in Texas! if you've never had it don't call it nasty, its the best meat on the cow. so is the tongue.

Crue### first of all "barbacoa" can be any meat slow cooked over an open fire or fire pit, so get your facts straight. Just because it's not how your mommy cooked it doesn't mean it's not what you say it is. I am from Mexico state and this is how we cook it. Anyways, good video I always do our barbacoa from a cow head or a big piece of meat in the oven, since I don't have a fire pit. I haven't tried it in the grill, but I will try it. Love the part where your daughter has the jaw.

Crue, Your not Hispanic dude, This is the way you eat real mexican barbacoa. And for your information their no such thing as chicken fajitas, only beef. That some white dude idea for mexican grilled chicken.
