The story:
5 years have passed since Renegade General M. Bison was defeated by the Allied Nation Forces. Colonel William F. Guile, despite his heroic vicotry against the forces of Shadaloo, was striped of his command and sentenced to a mining base in Africa. After being discharged, he is left wondering the world in search for the retribution from his nightmares of Charlie. At the same time, a corporate Tycoon named Kudo discovers an ancient book detailing an ancient ritual that can grant a mortal supreme power by summoning Akuma, the Devil. Aided by his assassin, Maya, Kudo seeks the body of the psychic daughter of M. Bison, Rose, which is the key to opening the gates to Hell. Getting caught in the midst are Ken and Ryu who returned to the life of con after their assistance in restoring peace to the South Ease Asian Islands. They are approached by a young girl seeking a medicinal cure that can save the life of her mother, Rose. As Ryu and Ken attempts to make a trade with Kudo Corporations for the cure, they realize this has become something much bigger and seeks the help of former journalist Chun Li, who is now a secret member of Interpol. Together with their old ally, they begin a struggle with Kudo and his forces from resurrecting the ultimate evil as told by their master that would bring forth the end of the world.
