The Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time-Shadow Temple Boss Battle-Bongo Bongo

What can I say? This boss is just plain fun to defeat.

Bongo Bongo, the Phantom Shadow Beast that guards over the Shadow Temple is wreaking havoc deep inside it, and you are obviously the only one who can stop him.

Battle strategy:Pull out your Bow & Arrows and have Navi Z-target Bongo Bongo's hands. Then let loose with an arrow. The impact of the arrowhead will paralyze them for a few seconds. Afterwards, use the Lens of Truth to reveal his now visible and unprotected single eye.

Wait for the right moment to shoot an arrow into the eye, but don't wait too long, or he will run you over. After Bongo Bongo is stunned, slash away at his eye with either the Master Sword/Biggoron Sword. (Whichever one you prefer).

Just keep repeating the process, until the Shadow Beast wildly pounds away on the large bongo and he dissolves into darkness.

I believe that if you die when you fight this boss, you will have to unfortunately start from the beginning of the temple. :(

@tinkerbellcutie You could cast Farore's Wind in the room before fighting the boss so that you can instantly return there if you die.

i had to rage quit this game becasue of this boss. apparently you can shoot a bunch of arrows that go right through it and not damage it at all. and apparently it can hit me even if i'm away from it. long story short, the aiming for this game is complete bullshit, damage is bull, and the way you have to start over with what you had when you died is bullshit. why the hell would it make me go back with 6 arrows and 3 fucking hearts. i mean shit i saved before for a reason, so i can keep my shit.
