can i cover a cake with italian buttercream and then cover it with fondand? i am scare that the italian buttercream will not hold n melt. please help!!

Yes, the italian butter cream softens easy. This cake is not totally covered, the white towel is the fondant on top of the butter cream. Keep the cake cold until you serve it.
