No this is not fighting. Chi Sao is a double sticky hand drill to teach sensitivity and use of the central line. It can be used for competition but usually more is learned using Chi Sao as a cooperative exercise.

To start with, this is competitive, the point of chi sau isnt to win (per say), its to learn. I could give more reasoning regarding their 'techinque' but if we already differ on the use of chi sau its unlikely we will find common ground there.
