@Munky332 My boss grew up & lived in New Jersey until 2003 when he moved down here with his wife & kids. He told me how hard the gun laws are up there including to conceal & carry, that you have to know people that work for the police & fire station or know the mayor in order to carry a fire arm. Remember that it's Democrats that write all the Anti-gun laws & it's the republicans that want you to keep what you work hard for. I was in Cuba last year & they cant kill an intruder at all.

wish i lived in one of those states. NJ is one of the worst states to have a gun in.

infact, if i remember right, there's a law, stating that even if you own a gun for home protection, that it MUST be loaded with FMJ - and NOT JHP! wth is that shit! i guess at least that way, if there's two of the bastards i can put 1 round through both their skulls if they're in a line. i cant wait to retire from the military so i can move to a state worthy of concealed carry. NJ just aint it.

the govt put an 80 year old lady in jail when she killd an intruder because she could have left throuh the back door. but if you "FEEL afraid for your life" is the doctrine by which the cops have the right.

Funny, in Canada we don't have 'real' self-defense here. As much as we would want to, we actually have the "Right to Retreat" (which is highly enforced here). In other words, if someone punches or hits me--I'm *supposed* to retreat first. If I cannot, then I *have* to use reasonable force to keep him away from me.
