The first one that I caught was 7 foot three! They are such beautiful fish!

@shadowknowsjo Congratulations! :) I think lots of first timers get surprised by how big their first fish usually is. At this same trip, another guy (who's shown at the end of the video). caught his first fish ever and it was also just over 7ft long.

@ethantup456 No. Fraser River near Hope.
Sturgeon fishing in Upper Fraser/Nechako River is now longer permitted.
