Were you brought up as a Christian, a Hindu, a Sikh or a Jew? When your mom/dad or both asked you to recite the first few verses of the Bible/Geeta/Granth Sahib/Torah, and when you uttered them, were you babbling like a parrot? Was the faith forced on you? I think you should be respectful in your approach. I am glad the child is brought up Muslim. Alhamdulillah! May Allah give you patience, Ameen!
