Nice work Jeff. It's cool to see up close what kind of work you actually do. All of those roofs look awesome and they are built to last. I always can appreciate true craftsmanship. Thanks for sharing.

Jeff ..also im a pilot..i got my liscense in 95 im IFR rated in a cessna 172..although time got hard ..family bills..then divorce..i since re maried then the econemy took my 20 yr job..i been fighting to get work as a carpenter..then i fpond dave on u tube and started my love for flight out of the cockpit(rc) now i found u ..it is refreshing to know there are guys like us left

I did roofing in Iowa for a few months, after I exited from military service. Please be safe! Nice job on the camea work and the editing.

Hey Jeff....I admire your steady work habit and do not envy all the hard work I know you do and especially in the cold weather! In fact I know you are working today (Thurs Dec 30th, 2010) and it is miserable weather! Hats off to you buddy. what about traction, i get on my roof at least 3 times a year for cleaning and repairs. looks like id slide right off

@Fryinberg Yes, they do get slippery. When on a roof and it begins to rain or snow, it's time to head for the ladder. But metal shingles don't require much maintenance, so you wouldn't need to be on your roof for repairs.
