Also allergic to chocolate. The pain isn't worth, I've been through all of that too. Also get the same reaction from eggs and bananas. Sugar cookies, and vanilla icecream, and carmel flavored deserts are tasty as well. Let your stomach settle down a bit, and maybe after a month or so, treat yourself to a small amount, and then wait another month. Rinse and repeat.
