This stuff looks like it could be applied in real life. Good stuff!
-
this looks more aikido than jui jitsu, either way a fine video
-
Parece um jiu jitsu mais suave, achei estranho, bunito de ver, mas creio que ñ seja funcional.

congratulations

1:24 was a sweet Niho-Nage! I'm going to practice this tonight.

It's most definatley it's own system, related to both Diato Ryu AikiJujitsu and Aikido since all three come from the same roots (Samurai). Seibukan Jujitsu was founded by Grand Master Julio Toribo in 1993 as a non-competetive Martial Art.

that looks realy like aikido

When the guys twirl in the air after the sensei grabs his hand and reverses direction (I don't know what it's called, but I've seen it in a lot of Aikido demos) is the student jumping so he dosen't hurt his wrist or what?

yes you move with the technique to avoid injury.

I'm very interested in Jujitsu, Judo, and Aikido from a Law Enforcement officer's POV, so I was just curious how it would work in real life. Would the wrist break on the opponent when doing that technique?
BestatwhatIdo 5 years ago
yes it would if done properly.
