Shield Sheldon Level 04.
[Changes from Level 01 to Level 04]:
- Increased Health
In terms of difficulty, this guy comes close to Ground Scaravich.
Sheldon will teleport to one side of the room. He will toss one shell in a horizontal trajectory, following up with another shell toss at a 30 degree angle. These shells will return to him. With that in mind, Sheldon will sometimes teleport to the other side where his shell was a second ago, just to throw you off. The easiest way to dodge this is to crouch. I think this was a design flaw because ducking that attack didn't seem like it was intended judging on how Sheldon tosses his shells.
Sheldon will teleport to the top of the room, hide in his 2 shells, and bounce around the room. He will bounce on the floor 3 times, most likely around the middle, rarely on the corners. The last bounce will always land on the middle of the floor.
Sheldon will appear in the middle of the room, not quite at the top. He will make an image of himself that can actually damage you. The twins will attempt to surround and melee you with the shells. Best to avoid by jumping.
Starts off the same as Shield Bash, except they'll stay at the top of the screen and toss their shells. The pattern in which the shells travel is more random than the Shell Ride. The corners are by no means safe. Even though Sheldon is unarmored during this attack, it's best not to attack him. The shells will always come up along the walls after the second bounce on the floor.
[DESPERATION: Guard Shells (Xtreme) ]:
Sheldon will appear in the center of the room and spawn 4 guard shells around him. He'll attempt to home into your position. If you hit any of the shells, it'll cause Sheldon to pause for a second and the corresponding shell will counter with a projectile that travels in a straight trajectory. Of course, the guard shells shield him from any damage. You can still damage him with a charged buster shot at close range. On Xtreme Mode, the speed which the Guard Shell's projectiles travel has increased.
[DESPERATION: Counter Shells (Xtreme) ]:
Sheldon will appear in the center and spawn a shell in each of the corners. He will use these shells to teleport around the room. While he's in this phase, he is vulnerable to damage. The shells, if hit, will counter with a projectile that will head towards your direction. The number of hits received equals the number of projectile shots. On Xtreme Mode, the speed which Sheldon and the projectiles travel has increased.
