thats partly true, but most of it comes from the mind, because ur soo focused on the whisper, and nothing else, it soothes u plus becuase a whisper is like a sine wave "flat noise", its one continues sound. basically, its jus a nice sound..:)

go onto yahoo or google, type in "youtube to mp3 converter", there u should find a online software...get the youtube url, and follow the instructions, its pretty simple..:)
