just because insane items aren't turned on, doesn't mean samus' armor pieces, diddy kong's banana's, wario's tires, snakes grenades, and other items don't exist. What I am disseminated in is Sirlin's lack of covering glide tossing and how to catch and throw items immediately.

Items are part of the game. They can add the luck factor if they spawn in an unfair place, but learning to use them is part of the game. If you refuse to play with items all the time it is because you neglect that skill and are henceforth not a pro in every part of Smash.

I liked the series, it taught me some things that I didn't even know about and I've been playing the game for about a year now. 4/5 overall, mainly because the title says "Smash Like a Pro", yet, one of the parts was titled "Items" and talked all about it. Now it would depend on how you would define a "Pro", but Mew2king and Ally, for example, you would not find them fighting each other with items unless the match's purpose was to be a joke; not serious, no money bet, you get my point.
