This one was written a couple of years back when I was in Costa Rica. My mind wasn't in a good place. The end of a beautiful yet heart-wrenching 4 year relationship was painfully breathing it's last, and on top of that, my beloved grandfather passed away.

I sought solace in the overwhelming tropical rains of Costa Rica which poured down at the same time each day... regular as clockwork, washing away dust and dirt from the endless green beauty of Costa Rica, starting each day anew with a bursting vibrancy.

A quote from Khalil Gibran's "The Prophet":

"Love possesses not nor would it be possessed; For love is sufficient unto love. And think not you can direct the course of love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course. Love has no other desire but to fulfil itself."
