@Skeetonmypete not really cuz if that was the case every reach in foul or intentional foul could end up with 3 at the line , and that dont happen. all u gota do is fould him hard so he cant get a shot up. Hollins did a great job yeah your right they just beat the Thunder!!!!!!!!!!!!!
