  • You don't have to be a political science major to know that. Anyone with a brain should know that. Back when i use to work at a gas station, and people would get pissed, saying "you can't do that" when i tried to kick them off the property for being stupid. I'd tell them "it's private property, and your only allowed here because we (the company) allow it. the second you start being an asshole, you're gone".

  • You are an idiot. I go to Cal and am a political science major, and I can tell you for a fact that service can be refused to anyone on private property, for example a mall. If that person does not leave, they are trespassing and can be charged with a misdemeanor.

  • Just one more example of thin skinned people who get easily offended. I'm in the KKK and sometimes I'll where one of Ku Klux Klan t-shirts at a mall or store. I can hardly wait until some security guard or mall manager gives me a hard time about it because I could really use the money. Theeir are already court precedents set on this in favore of the First ammendment right to free speech and freedom of expression. Even unpopular speech is still protected.
