    im not sure if they are cheap tho.

  • its a dynamic day due to what exercises he is doing. ME day would be alot more high reps atleast in the 3-5 range. Dynamic cuts those in half by lowering it down to 2-3 reps but the bands add help squat or bench faster without having alot of weight. Which it lowers the type of lift your doing on dynamic days by 0.5 of a second... read more about it and gain knowledge it will all make sense... GOOD LUCK.

    A 10-12" box is good for most people to break parallel.

  • I heard injesting Wasabi directly before any training movement is the "New" way to "Super-Set"! I love it.
