  • I can´t do the jump to the wall with the 2 legs together, do I need a lot of strengh in the arms or in the core do to this?? I have it , but still can not do it that, what can I do??

  • @Dakidissa it is core strength. Go up with one leg at a time, and then come down in the little tuck - to begin to feel how much strength you'll need. Also do inhale on the way up - makes a big difference. It will come with a little time of dedicated practice. let me know how it goes...

  • love your voice when commenting, and great approach thank you!
